L’amant Jewels Return and Exchange Policy
At L’amant Jewels, your satisfaction is paramount for us, and we work to make your purchasing journey with us seamless and hassle-free. If for any unforeseen reason, you aren’t quite happy with your purchase, know that our Return and Exchange Policy has got your back.
Return Policy
- We accept returns on most of the items.
- To initiate a return, please contact us within 1 week of delivery.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items that are custom-made or personalized are not eligible for returns.
- Partial returns are allowed at L’amant Jewels. You can return part of your order if you so wish to.
Exchanges Policy
- We accept the exchange of some eligible items only.
- To start an exchange: reach out to us within 1 week of delivery.
- Return shipping must be done within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions of Return and Exchange
- Items to be returned must be in their original condition.
- If the product is not in the same condition as it was in the first place, then the buyer is responsible for the loss in value to be determined with the seller.
- Return shipping charges are to be borne by the buyer.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, just email or message us. If the tracking information is available, or confirmation of the shipment for return is attached, it will expedite the refund process.
Refunds for Unshipped Goods
- If the goods have not shipped, an email or message will do, and we will refund your money.
- The refund process will be started within 24 hours when the returned merchandise is received or after the valid tracking information is provided.
- Refunds will be credited to your account as soon as possible.
Coupons, Discounts, and Offers
Coupons, discounts, and offers are applied at the time of purchase and therefore cannot be refunded.
Order Cancellation Policy
We do allow for an order cancellation. You can request a cancellation within 3 days of placing your order.
Note: Certification of the product will impart an additional $15 Cost which needs to be paid by the Buyer. Although all gemstones are of natural origin hence certification for each item is not as such required to save cost and documentation as well as for smooth handling at customs.
Note: By default 925 Sterling Silver Jewelry is stamped as 925 and in gold items, it would be stamped as per the selection of material at the time of purchase ( 10K / 14K / 18K ) for the purity of gold.
